Dead Fried Squirrel = No Power

Squirrel dead

Early this morning, a squirrel bit through a power line on Langdon Street in Plymouth (NH). The squirrel was killed by the shock and knocked out the power for a few blocks, however, it quickly came back on. A little bit later, the power company shut off the power to those blocks for about an hour while they replaced the line.

Darwin was right with “Survival of the Fittest”; if the squirrel couldn’t realize that he shouldn’t bite a power line, then natural selection has been proven.

animal, dead, electric company, fried, no power, power, shocked, squirrel

Wow, Tim, this is terrible. Terrible, terrible, terrible. And delicious.

BTW, I lost power because of this little bastard myself.
