Armenian Eagle Reaches Milestone: 1,000,000 Page Loads

I am 24 days away from my 2 year blogging anniversary and I reached a very big milestone…for me at least. My blog has exceeded one million total page views. I can not believe that I actually got to this point considering the first month I started blogging, I didn’t know if I was going to continue because I didn’t have anything to blog about. After some great advice by Zach and Matt, I was able to find the topics I wanted to write about and my writing style.

I will talk more about this past year on my 2 year birthday, but I leave you with an interesting tidbit. December 7, 2006, I passed 100,000 page loads and in the past year I have blogged at least once a day bringing this year so far to a total of 900,000. I have found that blogging every day has really helped keep my numbers up and kept a readership. It also helps to get put on the front page of Digg a few times. Again, I know that it might not be as much as other blogs out there, but I am very proud of what I have done.

Keep on reading and I will keep on writing.
