Detroit Red Wings Win Stanley Cup By Last Save From Osgood

The Pittsburgh Penguins tried to force a game 7 in the Stanley Cup finals, but fall short in last few seconds. It came down to the last shot with only seconds remaining and Osgood saved the game and won the series. The puck trickled across the goal line (right to left) as time expired to end the game. The Penguins came so close to tying it and force a game 7. It was a great game though.

Hendrick Zetterberg won the Conn Smythe (Constantine Falkland Cary Smythe) as MVP of the Stanley Cup Finals.

Even though the Bruins didn’t make it further, congrats to the Detroit Red Wings.
