Ever Remember That Day From The Year Before?

Today when I was driving home from work, I was thinking about September 12th from one year ago and what I was doing on that day. I went to Mr. Tux to get fitted into a tuxedo for my sister’s wedding. It was the day after I went to the Red Sox game on September 11th and it was another major day in every American’s life. It one of those moments that you remember exactly what you were doing and what you were thinking. When I walked in, I was talking with the employee about the Red Sox and she told me that she went to “last night’s game”. Since I was there as well, we were talking about the game and how great of a comeback that was. It turned into a conversation about the Red Sox season and the home stretch, however not about a tux.

I don’t know why I just remembered that out of the blue, but it is good to be able to remember sections of your life. I think it is how people in general have to move on. You need find good memories, whether it is with family, friends or even alone on a mountain top looking out. It is those memories that will keep me moving forward and going for my dreams because that is how I was raised.
