Should The Red Sox Host The 2012 All-Star Game?

The Red Sox have requested to host the 2012 All-Star game because it will be the 100th anniversary of Fenway Park. Other teams (fans) have issues with the Red Sox getting another All Star game in a short amount of time. The last time Fenway hosted an All-Star game was in 1999, 13 years from 2012.

Sox To Play Final Last Games In Yankee Stadium Tomorrow

The Red Sox will start a three game series against the Yankees at Yankee Stadium. It is the last time that the Red Sox will play in the old Yankee Stadium as the new Yankee Stadium will be opened at the beginning of next season.

Jon Lester Throws No Hitter At Fenway Park Tonight

Didn’t I just write about a Red Sox no hitter last season? Still with two outs, Lowell hit a pop fly to the 2nd baseman which should have ended the inning, but he mis-judged the wind and the ball fell bringing in two more runs making it 4-0.

Celtics Advance To Next Round With Game 7 Blowout

I have been to a lot of Red Sox games and Bruins games, but I have never been to a Celtics game until now. It was a great game considering they won, but there was a play in the third quarter that changed the game.

What An Amazing Time To Be A Boston Sports Fan – Go BruSox

I couldn’t watch the game live because I was 3.2 miles away at Fenway Park watching the Red Sox beat the Rangers 5-3 on a come from behind win. Big Papi tied the game at 3-3 and then next batter (Manny Ramirez) hit a bomb to give the Red Sox a 5-3 lead.

Winter / Christmas At Fenway Park – Amazing!

His home run that won the game forcing a game 7 was his defining game as he waved the home run fair as he was in the air will live in Red Sox history as one of the greatest moments in baseball.

Red Sox And Fenway Park Set For ALDS Vs. Angels

The last time the Red Sox played the Angels in the playoffs, Big Papi had a walk off home run to clinch the series and win the American League Divisional Series. Before 2004, you would need to go back to 1986 when the Sox faced the Angels in the American League Championship Series which the Red Sox obviously won since they played the Mets in the World Series that year…and we all know how that turned out.
