What A ‘Bay’; Jasons Hits Two Home Runs To Give Sox Win

Jason Bay and Jason Varitek combined for 5 of the 6 runs the Red Sox scored against the Baltimore Orioles. Jason Bay hit a solo Home Run in the second inning, stole a base and then in the 8th inning, hit a 2 run home run to put the Sox up by a few.

Jason Bay And Jed Lowrie Rocked A’s In Sweep

Jason Bay and Jed Lowrie had an amazing series against Oakland this weekend. Jason Bay in his first three games with Boston has a 3 game hitting streak which included a triple to win the game in 12 innings Friday and a 3-run Home Run last night.

Red Sox Play Seesaw Game To Win 5-3 Against Indians

Again in the top of the 9th, Jason Varitek hits a Home Run to take the lead 4-3 after spending the whole game going back and forth in score. The final out of the game was an amazing catch by Jacoby Ellsbury as he reached into the stands and took the ball away from a fan.

I know that Daisuke didn’t have a good start of the game, but he calmed down after a few innings and considering it was the first game and it was in Japan (his home crowd), he was a bit nervous.

Barry Bonds Passes Hank Aaron On All Time Home Run List

According the All-Time Home Run list, Barry Bonds is number 1 after hitting his 756 Career Home Run (now 757). The day that Barry Bonds tied Aaron’s record, A-Rod hit his 500th Home Run of his career, at the age of 32 years and about 10 days, which makes him the youngest player to be a part of the 500 club.
