RFID Viruses
Researchers at the Amsterdam’s Free University created a radio frequency identity (RFID) chip infected with a virus to prove that RFID systems are vulnerable despite the extremely low memory capacity on the cheap chips. They are going to adding RFID tags to US Passports, which contain all of our personal private information, and these RFID tags have the chance at being infected with viruses that can publish the so called “private” information to the web or to someone.
